Salvation is all about changing clothes. This booklet of five homilies reflects on how Christ saves us by assuming our fallen, mortal tunics of skin, thus enabling our bodily transfiguration into robes of glory. Salvation, these homilies make clear, is not the imputation of an alien righteousness but a participation in the virtues of Christ. Put differently, the biblical metaphor of clothing speaks not of things extrinsic to us but describes our intrinsic condition. I am grateful to Fr. George Westhaver from Pusey House Oxford, for inviting me to preach these homilies for the 2026 Triduum.

Thank you for sharing, Father.
